Convicted Criminal Stalks and Harasses a Young Influencer/Model.

L.A. County stalker and harasser Jose Luis Fitoria Jr., age 50, has been accused of preying on a young American female model, influencer, and college student (Victim X). These acts consisting of stalking, harassment, intimidation, and threats, occurred in the workplace at XY Systems/Zeppo Products (XY/Zeppo). Fitoria is a repeat offender and has an extensive violent criminal history, he has previously been found guilty on 5 charges in other cases. He has one guilty charge as recent as 2020 for illegal activity in his home city of Glendora, California. He has been arrested on various charges related to domestic violence, as he has battered the mother of his children. In the workplace (Xy/Zeppo) he boasted about beating up an ex-girlfriend (more info).
Criminals who have been arrested for lesser crimes have wound up committing more serious offenses subsequently. -Quartz News
XY/Zeppo previously operated out of an office in Westwood, and later moved the workplace into the owner’s home in Bel Air, California. In January 2020, Fitoria and a female secretary, Roxanna Yolanda Guevara Monterrey age 51, who served as Fitoria’s main accomplice, waited until the owner would leave the office to attack Victim X. (Sources divulge that the owner would say "I'm leaving for a couple of hours, I will be back," as caught on the security camera). Witnesses corroborated this. The attacks were also captured on the security camera. At the height of the pandemic, before there were vaccines, maskless Fitoria would get within inches of Victim X and say “he forgot his mask” after laughing about people who have died from the virus and stating that he knew people in his inner circle who had COVID. Evidence shows Mr. Fritoria in the office without his mask on the specified dates. In January 2022 Fitoria stated in his declaration that he denies boasting about his criminal past in the workplace as that would be “embarrassing.” In doing so he committed perjury as the security camera recorded him screaming about the time he did community service with Caltrans. Sources also state they know that Fitoria's wife Maria also works for Calatrans and she is very familiar with many inmates. Fitoria made a veiled threat to victim X referencing his shotgun (more). Witnesses also heard Fitoria saying he owns a handgun. Fitoria stood over Victim X’s desk, pounding his chest. All of these acts were caught on the security camera.

Monterrey, a mother to an adult, who resides in Hollywood and went through a recent bankruptcy with her husband Christian, also committed perjury in her declaration. Substantial evidence proves this. Monterrey screamed at Victim X, angry that Victim X has so many college degrees, Monterrey talked about how she and Fitoria were going to continue cyber stalking Victim X, Monterrey also said that she and Fitoria have plans for the business owner, a witness attested. Monterrey also submitted her declaration after evidence was submitted to the opposing attorney, and fabricated her story around the evidence. Sources attest Monterrey and Fitoria had an intimate relationship and would often ride into work together. They would speak in Spanish often, when the business owner left the office, unsuspecting that Victim X is fluent in Spanish herself and understood everything they were saying. Sources divulge on one instance Fitoria called the owners dog cabrón which is a Spanish language slur meaning bastard and asshole, this too was caught on the security camera. Sources also attest that Monterrey divulged to them that she was stalking Victim X on Instagram and would try to imitate Victim X's makeup looks the very next day. Sources said they thought it was odd that Monterrey would wear sweats and red lipstick to a casual work setting.
Both culprits confirmed that they accessed Victim X’s personal information by going through the boss’s work files, through admissions in their declarations. Documents show that in July 2021, there were seven attempts to serve Fitoria at his home in Glendora, California and that Fitoria was hiding in his home and had installed new surveillance cameras to block process servers. This prolonged the case and sources divulge Fitoria pleaded to the owner of XY/Zeppo to pay for his attorney fees as he did not have any money. Fitoria repeatedly lied and manipulated the business owner as court records show that Fitoria has paid for an attorney in the past when he has been in legal trouble (more). Adrienne M. Landin, who works as an office clerk for UCLA Medical, also wrote a trumped-up declaration on behalf of the convicted criminal Fitoria. Documents show that Landin has also been in legal trouble.
Evidence shows the owner of XY/Zeppo would send Victim X texts to let her know when Fitoria and Monterry would leave the workplace, informing her when it was safe for her to come and do her work. However, this strategy was not keeping Victim X safe from Fitoria’s stalking attempts outside of the workplace. Victim X was intimidated, extorted, threatened with harm, received retaliation, and was further harassed into dropping her case (more). Ultimately the business owner failed to protect Victim X. The owner was shocked to find out Fitoria had such an extensive criminal background, witnesses heard him admit to failing to conduct a background check. On the day of the hearing Victim X produced witnesses who were prepared to testify. During the proceeding Victim X’s attorney asked that forensic files be recovered from Fitoria’s electronic devices. Through acts of extortion and threats of retaliation, Victim X’s attorney filed paperwork to drop the case, on February 23, 2022. On February 25, 2022 authorities received notification that all three culprits - Fitoria, Monterrey, and Landin - changed their phone numbers.

All this time, Victim X experienced cyber stalking at the hands of Fitoria. On specific dates that were documented (more) Fitoria would say he went to the exact locations she was seen in on her social media, letting her know that he could be anywhere that she was at. Fitoria let victim X know that he was jealous of her success, beauty, and the compliments that she was receiving on social media. Fitoria was heard on the security camera stating to Victim X how easy it is to make fake profiles just to look at her. There is evidence the culprits Monterrey and Fitoria accessed Victim X’s social media account on February 14, 2020. Fitoria made another attempt to contact Victim X online using the screen name JozeF in October 2021 while there was a temporary restraining order in place issued by the court.
Since Fitoria has been working out of the home in Bel Air, the house next door to the Bel Air business owner's was broken into.
Fitoria boasted about including his adult son, Nathan Fitoria in this stalking spree. Fitoria also bragged about cyber stalking a minor, witnesses stated. He is heard on audio from the security cameras screaming at Victim X that my son is on social media like you, and my adult daughter Klarissa Fitoria is also going to work at a hospital. Another accomplice Monterry detailed is illegal alien, Sandra Tump. An anonymous source that has known Fitoria for years gave a statement that Fitoria showed them Victim X’s social media page and they were aware that what Fitoria was doing was wrong and they told Fitoria they wanted no part of it. This source said they made it a point to be nice to Victim X because Victim X was a sweet young lady and she was nice to everyone’s kids including Fitoria’s and Monterry’s kids. Sources attest that the business owner’s ex-girlfriend of several years, said that she did not get a good vibe from Fitoria and his wife Maria, and the ex-girlfriend felt that the Fitoria’s were low class, scary, and shady.
Victim X has had years of her youth robbed from her due to the actions of Fitoria and his accomplices. Victim X has never experienced anxiety in her life until she was victimized by Fitoria. Victim X has been working with the local and federal authorities to seek justice. This case is still being investigated. Victim X could be anyone’s daughter. Fitoria could be posing as the family man next door. Fitoria could be cyber stalking you or your daughter; he could be looking for his next victim. XY/Zeppo has dealings with Hewlett-Pakard (HP) and sends Fitoria to homes and offices in the L.A. and Orange County areas to make printer repairs. The company also has dealings with the U.S. Government in doing service contracts through GSA. As Monterry mentioned in her declaration, she and Fitoria know Michael the owner of Della Terra and HauteMess restaurants which Fitoria also works at. Fitoria recently got a part time job using the name Luis Fitoria Jr. at FedEx (more).
